Can't go wrong with annihilation on the menu, but highly recommend the Roasted Duck Tea Noodles, Short Rib Rice, and the Short Rib Dumplings!
Love the brusk rib basin!!!! And kimchi pancake and the pork blood dumplings 😍😍😍😍

Stars of the show hither are definitely the spicy rice cakes with chorizo as well equally the kalbi-marinated curt rib steak with grilled kimchi!
One of the best restaurants in Seattle. The brusque rib steak is a must accept. The kimchi is made in business firm and very practiced. The tapioca dessert is crawly too!
Smoked tofu and curt rib steak ("galbi") are awesome. Great cocktails too!

Did not disappoint. The short rib poutine is AWESOME!
Get the Brusk rib poutine and the 8oz. Thank me afterwards ;)
Beloved the brusque rib Poutine! Also, the seasonal Octoberfest burger was really good while they had it, I hope they bring it back again side by side October

happy hour has an astonishing selection. definitely try spicy ginger chicken, grilled garlic curt ribs & bad boy roll. won't exist disappointed!
Happy hr is everyday from four-8. Get at that place early bc it fills up fast & stays decorated til the end. The calamari, short ribs, and yellowtail sashimi are my favorites.
Seattle crunch roll and garlic short ribs at happy hour are the all-time.

Curt ribs yummy, crispy cauliflower with capers excellent. The bacon 🥓 fatty potatoes were not as good as they sounded however. Pork chop looked great every bit well.
They have an astonishing patio, groovy cocktails, and delicious food.

The poutine was to die for - kennebec chips with gravy, short rib, and fresh mozzarella. So delicious!
Only things I would consider getting again are the archetype and the Brussels sprouts. Wouldn't recommend the pike, chicken sammie, truffled garlic fries, or short rib poutine
The special burger was amazing. Fondue burger with French onion soup to dip it in. The garlic truffle fries are as skilful.

Korean short ribs
Had a transcendent repast here. The Halibut cheeks are amazing and the Albacore Belly (when bachelor) is something else not to miss. Other mentionables include Garlic Short Ribs and salmon skin scroll.
Worth the hype. The curt rib pho is delicious, beefy nirvana
Astonishing Phô. Literally and establishment. Highly recommend getting the fried egg rolls with shrimp and pork as an titbit
Get the Pho Bac Special, an order of Fresh Spring Rolls and Fried Egg Rolls (there's 2 of us) and nosotros good. Servings are very large indeed!

The poutine with brusque rib is sensational. Best poutine in the city!
Cracking foid, bully beer. Effort the baby beet salad if you're up for a light meal.

I always become the pork teriyaki and the beef short ribs.
My favorites are yakisoba with tofu, and the salmon bento box. The food taste fresh & flavorful.

The happy hour bill of fare is great. The Sake Grasshopper is delicious. The short ribs are then practiced, merely be prepped to get your hands a bit greasy to savour each piece.
The cilantro & son cocktail was bully. Also try the salmon sampler if it'southward available. Delicious.

Wagyu jerky (!), oysters, expert wines and seafood-centric entrees in a refined environment. They do have a tasting menu, btw.
Ordered beet salad, oyster and pork belly. Food is well done with warm service. Practiced for a date night.
